While enjoying time by a river during a family vacation, two sisters start collecting pebbles and stones of different shapes and colours. After getting a scolding from their mother, the elder one throws them away but the younger one manages to get one such pebble back to their home in Kolkata. They name the pebble Littu and spend all their time with Littu.
One day as they try to create the ambience of the place they have been to, Littu becomes different, as it grows rough texture with some dark spots on it. The two sisters understand that Littu is not well. They promise to Littu that they will take it back to where it belongs.
