In 2023 and 2024, we were invited to be part of Serendipity Arts Festival. Our curation, Young At Art, featured several unique workshops.

Young At Art

Over the course of the festival, our "Young At Art" curation consisted of 54 workshops, drop-in activities, self-led trails, and film screenings - reaching over 1600+ young people.

Our offerings utilised the exhibitions and events at Serendipity Arts Festival as a point of departure, focusing on the various themes that were on display at the festival.

We returned in 2024 with "Young At Art" with a special project with Outback Theatre for Young People!

Workshops

ThinkArts developed workshops that took the offerings of the festival as a point of departure, and inspired young people and children to take in the festival in a wider, more holistic way.

Five facilitators - Shaizia Jiffri, Kavita Gupta, Antara Dasgupta and Prachi Singh - travelled to Panjim, Goa, to deliver workshops across the 9 days of the festival.

In total ThinkArts conducted 56 workshops across the 9 days.

Drop-in Activities

ThinkArts also offered activities that children could drop-in at any time and do.

Trails

ThinkArts introduced two trails as part of their Young At Art curation at Serendipity Arts Festival. These trails responded to two visual arts exhibitions at Old GMC Complex, Panjim, curated by Veerangana Solanki and Vidya Shivadas.

Screenings

ThinkArts held screenings of certain short films by FIAE, based on the works of famous Indian artists. These were followed by a short activity and discussion.
