My association with the Hues of Blue project was one of the most fun internship experiences I had. The meetings with the whole team and attending/conducting workshops with so many young people - everything gave me a chance to enjoy my work and I really hope I get another opportunity to work with the organization again!

It was really wonderful working with you all. More than what I learnt on the job, what was important to me was all the un-learning that happened. So many misconceptions and assumptions about how children learn and keep themselves entertained were cleared -- as adults we often tend to forget how things for children's consumption are not always meant for indoctrination. I think that realisation was the most important to me, which I deleved more into as I worked on the activity packs, articles, attended sessions, and even checked up on the previous work done by ThinkArts.

Interning at ThinkArts has been a great pleasure, to say the least – so much that there is not one thing I can highlight over the others. Everything from my wide range of deeply interesting work to their realistic expectations, healthy work environment and genuine passion for the projects they undertake for children has stood out to me. I believe many organizations today would do well to accommodate, value and guide their student interns’ abilities as well as ThinkArts does, and I have immensely benefitted from working with them.

June 2020 - January 2021
What was incredibly significant about my journey as an intern at ThinkArts was the things that I learnt. For someone who was not at all comfortable with the idea of meddling with technical alternatives, it was a momentous stepping stone! I learnt so much, and use it to this very day. I think the chief use of an internship is to learn new skills, and my days at ThinkArts helped me do that exact same thing. It also boosted my confidence and helped me understand more about children and how they think.

April 2020 - May 2020
My experience at ThinkArts was extremely fulfilling and enriching. Especially since we were all coming to terms with the pandemic at that point, the motivation and energy in me were renewed. It felt meaningful to help the organisation transfer their activities online and I learnt a great deal about myself too.

March 2020 - September 2020
Interning at ThinkArts for six months was highly gratifying and significant. Handling the ThinkArts Corner Facebook page and organising small online activities for the children was such a fulfilling experience especially when the response and engagement was so good. I am so glad for this impactful experience.

I had a wonderful experience working with ThinkArts. The unique insight I gathered in the world of arts for children as well as the invigorating experiences with international artists during the Festival have proven to invaluable!

May 2019 - October 2019
Being a part of the organising team for the ThinkArts International Festival in 2019 was a great learning experience. I got the opportunity to interact with some brilliantly talented artists and students, watch great theatre and appreciate the arts in a new way. It helped broaden my horizons and taught me several valuable skills.
